Samvad Sutra, Nayagaon (Saran). A case that is disturbing the dignity of relationships has come to light from Sonpur police station area. A young man has been seriously accused of absconding along with his two minor children by luring his own maternal aunt with the promise of a job and a better future.
The victim's husband has filed an application in Sonpur police station demanding recovery of his wife and children and strict action against the accused.
According to the victim, on the day of the incident, at around 1.30 pm, his wife left the house saying that she was going to her home in Naihar Lalganj. After this she did not return home. After a long wait, the family feared something untoward and started an investigation.
In the application, the victim has alleged that his wife was in contact through mobile for a long time with a young man resident of Haraji village of Saran district, who appears to be his nephew.
It is alleged that the said young man influenced the woman by promising her a job and a comfortable life and instigated her to run away.
The victim told that the woman had taken away about Rs 50 thousand in cash, gold jewelery and necessary documents from the house. She also took her two minor children with her, while the third child remained at home.
The relatives searched for relatives and possible locations for about ten days, but could not find any clue. After this the application was given in the police station. Sonpur Police has registered an FIR in the matter and started investigation and efforts are being made to recover the woman and children.
