Digital Desk, Patna. Just five days after his appointment, Alok Raj, a 1989 batch IPS officer, has resigned from the post of Chairman of Bihar Staff Selection Commission.
On January 1 this year, Nitish government had assigned him this post. Alok Raj, who was the DGP of Bihar, has surprised everyone by resigning in such a short time.
It is said that he has cited personal reasons in his resignation. It is being told that he was angry. However, the reason for this has not been given. He was the MD of Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation Limited along with being the Chairman of BSAC for the last one year.
