Most of these incidents have taken place in those police station areas, which have been identified by the police administration as sensitive areas with mixed population. According to the reports of the Intelligence Department and the local police, the graph of such activities has been high in those areas of the city where there is dense and mixed population of two communities.

Pattern of conspiracy: Collusion by concealing identity Police investigation has revealed that in most of these 26 cases, the same modus operandi was adopted. The accused befriended the girls by hiding their real religious identity on internet media or in public places.

After winning the trust, the truth came out only when pressure was applied for marriage or religious conversion. By misusing the internet media, the accused have used platforms like Instagram and Facebook to hide their real identity and create webs.

Any attempt to disturb communal harmony in the district will not be tolerated. Strict legal action has been taken in all the 26 cases registered. Out of the 26 kidnapped, 25 have been recovered. Instructions have been given to exercise special caution in areas with mixed population.
