An FIR has been registered against five people including District Badar Rishabh Thakur, Ashu Yadav in the case of deleting the video of the spa center and demanding extortion in the name of reopening of the centre. This FIR has been written by Spa Center's receptionist Muskaan in Baradari police station. Muskaan alleges that the accused called and demanded Rs 40,000 and threatened to broadcast other videos on internet media if the payment was not given.
Police have started searching for the accused. Three days ago, two youths had broadcasted a video of Casa Golden Spa on the second floor of the hospital located on Pilibhit Road. The allegation was that prostitution was being conducted under the guise of a spa centre. All the discussions about prostitution were visible in the video.
In the video broadcast, the entire conversation is recorded, from seeing the girls to finalizing the money. In the video, when called by the receptionist, the girls come one by one and expose their bodies in front of the customers. After this, everything including entry fees is decided. After the video was broadcast, Baradari police reached the spot.
The police claimed that no one was found at the spa center nor were any objectionable objects found there, whereas there was ample evidence in the video circulated. When the receptionist asks the internet media to delete the video, the young man talking to her asks her to delete the video and reopen the spa center after sending Rs 40,000. Even after a long conversation between the two, the matter was not resolved. The young man talking was not ready to delete the video without paying the money.
After the audio was broadcast, Spa Center receptionist Muskaan lodged an FIR in Baradari police station on Friday. He told the police that on February 17, two-three youths came to his spa center and secretly made a video and took it away. After this, the police also reached his place on the evening of 18th but nothing objectionable was found in the centre.
The police got the spa center locked. After this, a call came on Muskaan's phone and the young man who spoke introduced his name as Ashu Yadav. Said that the name of its leader is Rishabh Thakur.
Muskaan alleges that the accused demanded Rs 40,000 in the name of deleting the video and airing other videos. Threatened to broadcast the video if the money was not paid. Baradari police has registered an FIR against Rishabh Thakur, Ashu Yadav and three unknown people in the case.
