Jagran correspondent, Sirsa. 23-year-old youth Apoorva Garg died on the spot in a tragic road accident on Saturday morning before climbing the Sikandarpur bridge behind Nishuraj Hotel on Hisar Road, while two others including the car driver were injured. The accident occurred when the car became unbalanced due to the bright lights of the vehicle coming from the front and collided with a truck parked on the roadside.
According to the information, 23-year-old Apoorva Garg, resident of Jwala Singh Colony of Gharsana area of Rajasthan, was going to Delhi with his uncle Vijay Garg. Vijay Garg is undergoing cancer treatment in Delhi and he had left for Ghadsana in the morning to take medicine. Driver Sukhdeep Singh, resident of Ganganagar, was driving the car.
Prince, a relative of the deceased, told that while coming from Dabwali towards Hisar, around 5 am in the morning, as soon as his car reached the bypass behind Nishuraj Hotel on Hisar Road, the bright light of a vehicle coming from the front fell in the eyes of the driver. Due to this, the car went out of control and went down the road and collided with a truck parked on the roadside.
The collision was so severe that the conductor side of the car was completely damaged. Apoorva Garg, who was sitting on the operator's seat, suffered a serious head injury, due to which he died on the spot. Vijay Garg, who was sitting behind, suffered injuries including a fracture in his leg, while driver Sukhdeep Singh suffered an injury to his hand. After the accident, passersby and nearby people immediately took the injured to the civil hospital.
As soon as the information was received, Sadar police station reached the spot and took stock of the situation. Investigating officer PSI Rajendra Kamboj said that the post-mortem of the dead body has been done and it has been handed over to the relatives and coincidental action has been taken in the case. On the other hand, the injured Vijay Garg is undergoing treatment in a private hospital.
