Focus was on employment, work is being done in the field of quality education, health and nutrition. Better results have also been obtained. Now their implementation is being assessed in the districts. The work of Collector and SP will be tested on 85 criteria. This assessment will become the basis for the future posting of officers.

General Administration Department asked for report

The General Administration Department has sought reports from all departments on work related to agriculture, health-nutrition, employment, industry, investment, urban development, good governance, education, law and order, rural development and tribal work. On the basis of this, Chief Secretary Anurag Jain will review in the Collector-SP conference on January 5. In this, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat and Smart City and Commissioner of Municipal Corporation will join virtually. A category of five top, five middle and five bottom districts will be prepared.

Grading will be done on these basis

Agriculture sector: Natural farming, Bhavantar payment, fertilizer distribution, control of stubble burning, promotion of drip sprinkler irrigation, cluster based cultivation of horticultural crops, flower cultivation, a garden in the name of mother, Kamdhenu scheme, increasing the number of cow shelters and others. Health and nutrition: Status of ANC registration in pregnant women, management of anemic pregnant women, review of maternal mortality cases, home based newborn care, review of child mortality, sickle cell. Percentage of patients treated, gross screening of pregnant women, TV screening, Sewerage scheme on Parikrama Path. Good governance: Pending cases of name transfer, partition, demarcation, digitization of revenue records, ownership scheme, resolution of CM helpline. Education: Increase in enrollment and reduction in dropouts, admission in Anganwadi and pre-primary, Mission Ankur, scholarships. Rural Development: Chief Minister Vrindavan Gram Yojana, new options for revenue at Panchayat level, implementation of tap water schemes, Prime Minister's residence, bank loans to lakhpati didis, Kisan Credit Card, development on Narmada Parikrama Path. Law and order: Zonal plan of sensitive settlements, complete end to Maoist incidents, action against illegal Bangladeshis, awareness against crimes against women, action against drugs and other intoxicants, prevention of crimes against Scheduled Castes and Tribes, road safety, publicity of new laws. Miscellaneous: Air ambulance service, awareness of measures to avoid cyber crime, arms license digital portal, dog bite, paddy procurement, land acquisition.
