Jagran correspondent, Banka. The annual inter examination of Bihar School Examination Board is starting from February 2. It will be organized till 13th February. For this, 33 examination centers have been made in different parts of the district. Examination centers have been made from the district headquarters to the blocks like Barahat, Rajoun, Amarpur, Baunsi, Katoria, Chandan, Shambhuganj, Fullidumar etc. This time less candidates will appear in the examination than last year. The number of candidates is 21 thousand 936. This time the number of science candidates has also reduced to 9 thousand 133. This time 12 thousand 620 candidates will appear in the Faculty of Arts. Maximum number of candidates have declined in commerce faculty. This time its number has reduced to only 183. Except for Medhiyanath, only a few commerce candidates will be seen at other centres. Surprisingly, this time also the number of girls in the intermediate examination has exceeded that of boys.

Out of 21 thousand candidates, more than 11 thousand are girls only. While the number of boys in arts is 5 thousand 18, the number of girls has increased to 7 thousand 602. Yes, there are more than 5 thousand boys in science, while there are only a little more than 3 thousand girls. Even in commerce, the number of boys is much more than girls. In commerce, 122 boys and 61 girls will appear in the examination. This time, the biggest examination centers have been made National High School Dhoni and RMK Inter School. Centers for more than one thousand candidates each have been set up at both the centres. More than two thousand teachers will be put on invigilation duty in this examination. For this, first appointment letters have been issued to six thousand teachers. After receiving the second letter, they have to report at their duty center on 30th January.
