The old man told that he has been visiting offices for old age pension for many months, but did not get any solution. He had reached the public hearing with hope. When the collector asked him to apply, the old man immediately said – 'I will give the application to Saheb… not you!']
Hearing this, the collector smiled and said in a very calm manner – 'I am the same sir… I will look into your complaint now.'
But the old man did not believe it. Some people standing nearby also said to the old man that he is the collector. After explaining and reassuring for some time, he finally handed over the application to the collector.
