Investigation Will Be Done Against Suspended RDDE Virendra Narayan In Disproportionate Assets Case, Action Will Be Taken In Three Months

There will be a massive investigation against the suspended Regional Education Deputy Director Virendra Narayan in the Special Monitoring Unit raid and disproportionate assets case. Seeing the seriousness of the allegation, the Director of Administration has ordered to complete a comprehensive investigation within three months.

There are allegations against the suspended Regional Education Deputy Director of Tirhut Division for earning disproportionate money and having assets disproportionate to his income. Apart from this, allegations have been found of misusing the position and earning proportionate money through corrupt and illegal criminal conspiracy and working contrary to the provisions of Bihar Government Servant Aadhaar Rules.

Special Surveillance Unit, Patna, had raided the office of Regional Education Deputy Director Virendra Narayan, residence and other places on Kalambagh Road in September. After this, the Education Department suspended RDDE from September 12.

The Education Department sought answers regarding disciplinary action against the suspended RDDE. After reviewing their response, it was decided to reject it and conduct a larger investigation.

The entire matter will be investigated by Education Department's Additional Secretary Vijay Kumar and District Education Officer Muzaffarpur. Director Administration Manoranjan Kumar directed the Operating Officer to complete the disciplinary proceedings and submit the investigation report within three months. So that further action can be taken.
