The MP said that the court had called yesterday. Lok Sabha session ended, he came here. Respect the court. Had to go to court on Saturday at 11 o'clock.

Let us tell you that in the case of fraudulently taking house on rent and giving threats, the MP-MLA court had issued an order for attachment and seizure against three accused including independent MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav.
The other accused against whom the court of Special Judge Praveen Kumar Malviya gave this order are Shailendra Prasad and Chandra Narayan Prasad. This order has been issued due to the continuous absence of the accused in the court.
Warrant has been issued earlier
Earlier, arrest warrant and advertisement had been issued for the presence of the three accused. The court has fixed the next date of hearing in the case as 7 February 2026.
The matter is of the year 1995. According to the allegation, a person named Shailendra Prasad took the complainant's house on rent.
Later it was revealed that the MP had fraudulently taken that house to run his office. Complainant Vinod Bihari Lal had lodged FIR number 552/1995 in this regard at Gardnibagh police station.
Very wonderful Bihar Police, we NEET students fought for justice, Bihar Police got stomach ache and reached Patna residence to arrest us, but Pappu Yadav will neither bow down nor remain silent due to this, he will keep exposing the deeds of dishonest people! Send me to jail or hang me, Pappu will not stop.
