Giving impetus to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's resolve of 'Mission Shakti' and 'One Trillion Dollar Economy', the Labor Department has achieved unprecedented achievements this year. From the successful implementation of the four new Labor Codes of the Central Government to digital governance, Uttar Pradesh has set a benchmark for worker welfare in the entire country.
Labor Nyay Setu: Digital revolution gets national honor
The biggest achievement of this year was ‘Shram Nyay Setu’ (Labor e-Court Platform), which was launched by the Chief Minister on 26 August 2025. This portal has speeded up the justice process by making labor disputes paperless and transparent. The proof of its success is that Uttar Pradesh was awarded the title of 'Paperless Governance Champion' at the 19th National Digital Transformation Awards.
Industrial leap: Factories doubled in 8 years
As a result of the investment-friendly environment in the state, the number of registered factories has more than doubled by 2025 compared to the last eight years. This growth not only reflects the economic strength of the state but is also directly opening new doors of employment for lakhs of youth. Special policy reforms were also implemented to make workplaces safe for women workers and provide them equal opportunities.
Rojgar Mahakumbh: Youth of Uttar Pradesh are famous in foreign countries too
Uttar Pradesh Employment Mission crossed local boundaries this year and made its mark at the international level.
Employment Mahakumbh 2025: More than 16,000 youth got appointments on the spot in this huge fair organized in Lucknow.
Overseas Opportunities: More than 1,600 youth were selected for overseas employment by linking the Rojgar Sangam portal with agencies of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
International Mobility Conclave: Held in Varanasi, this event along with global recruitment agencies prepared a safe 'Global Roadmap' for the youth of UP.
AAA+ App and Digital Health: Workers get 'Arogya Shakti'
Giving priority to the health of workers, health services have been completely digitized through 'Arogya Manthan 2025'.
AAA+ App: Through this mobile app, now insured workers can take doctor's appointment sitting at home and get medicines delivered.
Mobile Medical Unit: 'Onsite' free testing facility launched for workers working at construction sites, aiming to benefit 10,000 workers in the first phase.
Atal Residential School: New flame of education through 360 degree monitoring
To maintain the quality of 18 Atal Residential Schools run for the children of construction workers, the Chief Minister inaugurated 360 degree live monitoring command center. Along with this, the amount given under RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) training and Girl Marriage Assistance Scheme for skill development of workers was increased to ₹ 85,000, which is a big step towards social security.
