Jagran correspondent, Lucknow. The health of an Air India passenger going from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport Lucknow to Mumbai suddenly deteriorated. The passenger was immediately sent to Lokbandhu Hospital by ambulance. Here the doctors declared the passenger dead.
Air India flight AI-2492 departs from Lucknow for Mumbai at 2:20 pm. Mohammad Ali (74), a resident of Basti, had booked a taxi with his family to board this flight. After the boarding process at around 12 noon, Mohammad Ali reached the check-in area. At the time of check-in here, Mohammad Ali started feeling nervous.
He informed the airline employees and CISF soldiers present at the spot about his deteriorating health. An ambulance was called on the spot and preparations were made to send him to Max Hospital. Meanwhile, his family members requested to take Max to Lokbandhu Joint Hospital instead. The ambulance brought him directly to Lokbandhu Hospital, where Mohammad Ali died before reaching the hospital.
