The special thing is that the company sold all the units of this project on the very first day. Danube Properties is expected to earn more than Rs 5,000 crore from this project. Let us tell you that Danube Properties, the real estate unit of Danube Group, has named this commercial project after famous Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan.

Danube will invest about Rs 3,500 crore in its new project, which includes the cost of land and other expenses. This project is expected to be completed by the year 2029. The company had earlier introduced this project in Mumbai. Let us tell you that the founder and chairman of Danube Group is Rizwan Sajan, who launched the project in the presence of Shahrukh Khan in a program organized at Dubai Exhibition Centre.
