President Draupadi Murmu will preside over the ceremony, which will begin at 10:30 am and last for about 90 minutes. For the first time, the Indian Army will display its major units and weapon systems in a Phased Battle Array formation, comprising air, ground and mixed elements.
Many new and important military platforms will be glimpsed in this parade. Indigenous defense equipment like BrahMos cruise missile, Akash missile system, Medium Range Surface-to-Air Missile (MRSAM), Advanced Towed Artillery Gun System (ATAGS), Dhanush cannon and Divyastra battery will be displayed.
