Jagran correspondent, Patna. DM Dr. Thiagarajan SM on Monday reviewed the works of the District Registration and Counseling Center (DRCC) and the schemes run by it.
In this, the seven Nishchay-3 economic solutions developed in Bihar, Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme operated under the Bal Lakshya for Youth, Chief Minister Nishchay Self-Help Allowance Scheme and Skilled Youth Program were reviewed.
DM informed that under Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme, till December 31, an amount of Rs 1,199 crore has been sanctioned by the State Education Finance Corporation. 35,277 student credit cards have been issued during this period.
He gave instructions for speedy execution of pending applications. Under the Chief Minister Nischay Self-Help Allowance Scheme, 37,548 applications were approved and an amount of Rs 49 crore 10 lakh 81 thousand has been transferred to the accounts of 35,409 beneficiaries. 1,36,093 applications have been approved under the Skilled Youth Programme. Of these, 96,901 youth have completed the training.
