A female YouTuber named Ruchi Tiwari was beaten severely when she asked questions regarding UGC.

There was an uproar in Delhi University over the demand of UGC (University Grants Commission) to implement the rules related to equality, when in the midst of a demonstration, leftist organizations beat up a female YouTuber named Ruchi Tiwari fiercely for asking questions about UGC.
ABVP workers, who came out in support of the female YouTuber, created a ruckus at the Maurice Nagar police station on Friday evening demanding action against the protesters. After this, on the complaint of Ruchi Tiwari, the police have registered an FIR against unknown persons on charges of molestation, blocking the road and assault and started investigation. However, no one has been arrested yet and further investigation has been started after the medical examination of the victim.
According to the police, on Friday afternoon, students and teachers of the leftist organization All India India Students Association (AISA) had gathered to demonstrate at the Faculty of Arts of Delhi University, demanding implementation of UGC's rules related to equality.
During this time, when Ruchi Tiwari asked the protesters questions related to UGC, the protesters attacked him and beat him fiercely. The victim alleges that she suffered injuries in the attack by the protesters. The victim reached Maurice Nagar police station to complain about this.
The victim alleges that despite complaining, the police did not file a report against the protesters. After this, on Friday evening, a large number of ABVP workers reached Maurice Nagar police station and demanded action against the protesters. During this, there was a lot of sloganeering and the workers created a ruckus. After this, the police registered an FIR against the protesters on Friday night on the complaint of the victim Ruchi Tiwari.

On the other hand, the video of the fight was widely circulated on the internet media since Friday. In the video, protesters were seen assaulting a female YouTuber. According to the police officer, taking cognizance of the video, action will be taken against the accused. At present the medical examination of the victim is being conducted. After this further action will be taken.
