On Monday, three separate colonies being established unauthorizedly on 26 bighas on Badaun Road were demolished. During this period many other illegal constructions were also identified and immediate action was claimed.

According to this, the enforcement team of the authority conducted a survey on Badaun Road Subhashnagar on Monday and took action by identifying illegal construction. The team demolished the plot, road, boundary wall and other construction being developed by Anil Aggarwal in eight bighas by running a bulldozer.

Marking of plots, roads and boundary walls etc. were demolished by Vijay Pandit and Shyam Babu in an area of ​​ten bighas in Badaun and by Ashwini Chauhan in an area of ​​eight bighas without the approval of the Development Authority.

Told that a continuous appeal is being made that it is mandatory for any person to get the map approved from the Bareilly Development Authority before doing any construction or plotting.

Plating or constructing a building without getting the map approved is completely illegal. Demolition action can be taken by the authority on this.
