Digital Desk, Gwalior. An example of humanity and sensitivity has come to light in Aarushi village of Lahar area of Bhind district. A young man saved the life of a cobra snake that had become unconscious due to the extreme cold by providing it with the warmth of a bonfire. The video of this entire incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media.
Girraj Shankar Sharma, a second year B.Sc. student, told that on the afternoon of 31st December, he was going towards the fields on a bike with his friend. Meanwhile, a black snake was seen lying on the road. When I went closer I saw that he was breathing, but due to cold he was completely stiff and unconscious.
Without any fear, Girraj picked up the snake safely and made it sit near the bonfire burning nearby. Within a short time, the snake started moving due to the warmth of the bonfire and gradually it regained consciousness.

In the viral video, a young man is seen sitting near the bonfire and advising the snake not to move here and there and not to harm anyone, while the cobra is seen shaking its hood every now and then. After about an hour, the snake became completely normal and went towards the forest.
Girraj's uncle Ashok Sharma told that the family deity of his family is Nagdev and there is a temple of Nagdev near the house, where regular worship is done. For this reason, family members have reverence for snakes and handle them without fear.
This incident not only teaches us about wildlife conservation, but also shows the sensitive relationship between humans and nature.
