Dialogue thread, Ormanjhi. Villagers set fire to a passenger bus going from Ranchi to Siliguri near Khirabeda before Chutupalu valley in Ormanjhi police station area of Ranchi district. The villagers were angry with 16-year-old Ruby Kumari returning from the Makar Sankranti fair being hit by a bus. Before this, all the passengers had got off the bus and all are safe.
