Khachorilal, resident of village Khairokala of Mahobkanth police station area, told that he is a transferable landholder. On the orders of Sub-District Magistrate Kulpahar, stone pelting was done in his field. Due to which the opposition started getting angry with him.
On September 22, 2025, he was working in the fields with his wife and nephew Hardayal. Then Harprasad Kushwaha, Hari Singh, Brijkumari, Pushpendra Lodhi of the village came with sticks and started abusing for pelting stones. When he protested, these people started beating him with sticks.
His wife and nephew saved him. He threatened to get the stones removed from his land or else he would kill him and bury him in the field. Due to the beating, he suffered injuries on his head and other parts of his body. Mahaebkanth police did not file its report.
Information was given to SP through registered post on October 1 but no case was filed. After this he took recourse to the court. On the court order, a case was registered against the accused in Mahobkanth police station. Police Station Head Vinod Kumar said that further action is being taken.
