Jagran correspondent, Sambhal. A woman ended her life by consuming poisonous substance due to domestic dispute. On getting information about the case, the parents reached the in-laws house and created ruckus and started accusing her of murder. On getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot.
Chandrapal, resident of village Bhiravati of Dhanari police station area, told that he had married his 30-year-old daughter Kamlesh with Kishanpal, resident of village Kesarpur of Rajpura police station area in the year 2014.
It is alleged that after a few days of marriage, husband Kishanpal started beating Kamlesh over small matters. Many times the relationship was saved through Panchayat also. But, in the year 2019, once again Kishanpal assaulted his wife.
During that time, a case was also registered in the police station, but later the people of the village settled the matter. In this sequence, now around 2.30 am on Wednesday night, Kamlesh's in-laws told on phone that their daughter had consumed poison and died.
Then on Thursday morning, the parents gathered and reached the in-laws house in Kesarpur. They saw Kamlesh's body lying on the ground in the house. The maternal family has accused the in-laws of murder.
Let us tell you that Kamlesh has left behind eight year old son Nishant, five year old daughter Divyanshi, three year old son Divansh. Police station in-charge Nishant Rathi said that the body has been sent for post-mortem. Further action will be taken only after the report comes.
