Brijbhushan Rajput, MLA of his own party, who surrounded Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh on January 30 over the shortcomings in 50 villages of Charkhari under the Jal Jeevan Mission Scheme, has again surrounded the former chiefs supporting the minister by calling them criminals.
