On the assurance of BJP District President and Mandi Committee Administrator, the traders postponed the bandh, but gave an extension of 15 days. Traders are adamant on demanding the resignation of Dr. Dabbu, who had used derogatory language on a public platform.

CMO has issued instructions to ban the entry of stray dogs in government hospitals of Bulandshahr. This year, 251 cases were reported, including 147 trap cases, the highest in the last 10 years. 186 accused were arrested and more than Rs 1 crore were recovered. Those arrested include 13 gazetted officers and 150 employees. The bureau has also focused on senior officers.
