General and reservation ticket counters have been separated at Raghunathpur railway station in Brahmapur Buxar. Railway Passenger Welfare Committee has expressed happiness over this decision. In the committee meeting, it was decided to intensify the agitation for stoppage of trains and passenger facilities. There was a demand for stoppage of Shramjeevi and Patna Banaras Janshatabdi Express at Raghunathpur station, along with restoration of facilities to senior citizens.

Three People, Including A BJP Leader, Arrested For Assaulting A Scrap Dealer And Looting Rs 2 Lakh In Bulandshahr.

The police have arrested three people, including a former village head and a BJP leader, in connection with the assault on a scrap dealer and looting of Rs 2 lakh in Bulandshahr. The accused, posing as SOG team, had threatened to buy the stolen scrap. Police have recovered the looted cash, pistol-cartridges and the car used in the incident. The accused have been sent to judicial custody, and the BJP has suspended the leader from the party.

There Was A Fight In The Sonpur Fair Over A Dispute Over Swinging, 20 Youth Created A Ruckus; 60 Thousand Rupees Looted

20 drunken youth created ruckus on Disneyland swing of Sonpur fair. When pressure was put on them to swing without a ticket, they abused and attacked the swing operator and staff. ₹60,000 was looted from the counter. Staff worker Sonu Singh was seriously injured. Two accused, Nageshwar Singh and Anuj Kumar, have been caught, and the police have registered a case and started investigation.

A case of kidnapping and rape of a minor girl has come to light in Chamba, in which three people allegedly kidnapped the girl and raped her. Police have registered the case and started investigation. At the same time, a case of rape of a minor student has also come to light in Chirgaon, Shimla, in which the victim is pregnant. Police have registered a case against the youth.

Eyewitness Turned Hostile, Even CCTV Footage Did Not Help, Bail From High Court In Chandigarh Murder Case

Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted bail to one of the accused, Ravi Kumar, in the case of murder of a youth in Ramdarbar, Chandigarh last year. Advocate Manjot Singh Gujral said that Ravi was not visible in the CCTV footage presented by the police, and eyewitness Varun also refused to identify the accused. Despite opposition from the government lawyer, the High Court granted bail.
