Encroachment Campaign On Lakdamandi And Old Shivli Road In Kanpur, 120 Encroachments Removed, Police Chased Away The Encroachers Who Came To Stop Them.

Kanpur Municipal Corporation launched a campaign to remove encroachment on Lakdamndi and Old Shivli Road. The squad removed 120 illegal encroachments from footpaths and roads. The police chased away the protesters with sticks. A fine of Rs 20 thousand was also imposed during the campaign. Due to this action, the carts and other shops on the road were removed, which eased the traffic.
