Stray Animals Will Be Removed From Highways And Roads In Delhi, MCD Will Patrol To Prevent Accidents In Fog.

Delhi Municipal Corporation has formed two patrolling teams to prevent accidents caused by stray animals on roads in fog. These teams will monitor the major routes and national highways of Delhi day and night. On receipt of complaint, the animals will be immediately sent to the cow shelter. This campaign is going on in collaboration with PWD, for which a helpline number has also been issued, the aim of which is to ensure road safety.
