Electricity consumers in Lucknow are facing problems due to wrong bills and meter readers not reaching their homes. Many consumers like Munni Devi and Sanjeev Aggarwal are not receiving bills on time or with incorrect readings. Consumers are complaining that meter readers are doing 'table reading'. They are demanding resumption of self-reading or continuation of the facility till smart meters are installed.

The final voter list has been released for 11 seats of teacher and graduate quota of Legislative Council in Uttar Pradesh. These seats will become vacant on 6th December. Chief Electoral Officer Navdeep Rinwa said that the list is based on the qualification date of November 1, 2025. The voter list will continue to be updated till the last date of nomination, due to which new voters will also be able to join.

Suddenly two tires of a tourist bus burst near Pathankot Chowk in Jalandhar, due to which a major accident was averted. Angered by the delay in repairs, passengers demanded money back.
