The police-administration was on alert regarding the proposed visit of Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad to Kotdwar, but he did not arrive, due to which the administration heaved a sigh of relief. The communal atmosphere is being affected by the movement of outsiders and social media posts, to stop which the police is increasing vigil on the border.

Good News For Railway Passengers, 1410 Holi Special Trains Will Run Between March 1 And March 22.

East Central Railway will run 285 special trains in view of the extra rush of passengers during Holi. These trains will operate between March 1 and 22, while a total of 1410 Holi special trains will run across the country. Chief Public Relations Officer said that more trains can be increased as per requirement. Passengers can get information from 139 or NTES app.

Street Dogs Seen Scratching Skulls In Surya Enclave Of Jalandhar, Created Panic Among People; Forensic Team Reached The Spot

Dogs were seen scratching a skull-like object on the road in Jalandhar's Surya Enclave, causing panic in the area. Local people immediately informed the police. Rama Mandi police and forensic team reached the spot and seized the suspicious object. ACP Ajay Kumar said that only after forensic investigation it will be clear whether it is of human or animal. Police are also examining CCTV footage.

Allahabad High Court Granted Conditional Bail To Two Accused Who Carried Out Religious Conversion In Mirzapur, They Are In Jail Since September 2025.

Allahabad High Court has granted conditional bail to two accused of illegal religious conversion in Mirzapur, Dev Sahayam Daniel Raj and Paras. He was in jail since September 2025. It is alleged that he inspired people of poor and tribal community to adopt Christianity by luring them with financial assistance and treatment. The court granted bail considering the circumstances of the case.

CBSE Class 10 Maths Model Paper, Exam Is On 17th February

The Accused Accused Of Dowry Death Absconded After Jumping Over The Police Station Wall, Was Taken Into Custody By Bulandshahr Police.

Bhupendra, the accused of dowry death from Narsena police station of Bulandshahr, escaped from police custody. The accused, who was in custody for three days, ran away by jumping over the wall of the police station on the pretext of defecating. The police is busy searching for him, but no success has been achieved so far. SSP has also deployed SWAT team to arrest the absconding accused soon.

When The Demand For Bike And Chain Was Not Met, The Married Woman Was Strangled To Death; Seeing The Police, The In-laws Left The Funeral Pyre And Ran Away

A newly married Kajal Kumari was murdered for dowry in Jamuk village of Jehanabad. After 11 months of marriage, her in-laws strangled her to death when their demand for a motorcycle and a gold chain was not met. Seeing the police who arrived on the information of the parents, the accused fled leaving the dead body. Police have started investigation by sending the body for post-mortem.

Husband Ran Away After Throwing Dead Body At The Door Of Her Parents' House, Arrested From Patna; Muzaffarpur Inspector Also Behind Bars

The suspicious death of Sarita Prakash in Hariharnath police station area has now turned out to be dowry murder. Police have arrested the main accused husband Satyendra Kumar from Patna. The investigation also revealed the involvement of Santosh Kumar Rajak, a police sub-inspector from Muzaffarpur, who has been arrested and sent to jail. The body was thrown at the door of the maternal home. A total of six accused have been arrested, while two women are absconding.

The uneasiness has increased due to the absence of mention of TRE-4 in the BPSC calendar. The candidates have warned of a decisive march if the announcement is not made by February 15.
