Delhi-Central Government Together Will Give 'infrastructure Boost', New Roads Will Be Built In The Capital For Rs 1200 Crore
Delhi government will spend Rs 1200 crore on improving roads in the next financial year, which will lead to construction of 600 km of new roads. Public Works Minister Pravesh Verma said that there is an emphasis on urban infrastructure development in the Union Budget, of which Delhi will take advantage. Efforts will be made to obtain assistance of Rs 1200 crore from the Centre. He also highlighted Centre-Delhi coordination and India's growing economic power.
