The Chief Judicial Magistrate court has granted conditional bail to Ravi Bansal and Sachin Karanwal of Lotus Greens Builder Company in the case of death of engineer Yuvraj Mehta in Greater Noida. Both of them were accused of causing death of Yuvraj by drowning due to water filling in the plot dug for the basement. While granting bail on a personal bond of Rs 25,000 each, the court has imposed conditions like cooperating in the investigation and not leaving the country without permission.
