580 employees of the National Health Mission in Jhajjar have not received salaries for two months, due to which they are facing a serious livelihood crisis. It has become difficult to meet expenses like running a household and children's education. The court's orders to give dearness allowance and other benefits have also not been implemented. The employees have warned that they will agitate if their demands are not met.

Major Action By Police In Kashmir, 4 Smugglers Arrested With Huge Quantity Of Drugs In Baramulla

Police have arrested four drug smugglers in Baramulla district of North Kashmir. The suspects were stopped at a checkpoint in Ogamuna, Kunjar, who tried to escape. During the search, a huge quantity of drugs were recovered from them. Those arrested include Mohammad Amin Rather, Furkan Ahmed Lone, Mohammad Salim Lone and Maroof Ahmed Bhat. A case has been registered at Kunjar police station and investigation is ongoing.

Mother Of IAS Officer Abhay Singh Accused Her Son Of Occupying The House, Department Sought Reply On The Allegations.

IAS Abhay Singh's mother Rekha Singh has accused him of occupying the house in Chittorgarh and torturing her. A review meeting was held in Bhagalpur regarding the development of EWS and issuance of certificates for the economically weaker sections of the upper castes. In this meeting chaired by State Commission member Rajkumar Singh, the District Magistrate said that in Bhagalpur, EWS certificates are issued within 48 hours to 5 days, 99.70 certificates have been issued. The commission member laid emphasis on the EWS certificate and talked about conveying the suggestions received on the Higher Education Bill to the government.

36 Veterans Including SP MLA Samarpal Singh Acquitted In 13 Year Old 'Rail Roko' Movement, Know What Was The Whole Matter

Moradabad court has acquitted 36 people including SP MLA Samarpal Singh in the 2011 Jat reservation rail roko agitation case. This movement took place at Kafurpur railway station in Amroha, in which thousands of protesters blocked the railway track for 15 days. A case was registered on the instructions of the High Court, the hearing of which was going on in the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court.
