India-Nepal Border Will Be Closed From March 2, Import And Export Will Also Be Banned; Why Was This Decision Taken?
India-Nepal border will remain closed from midnight of March 2 to midnight of March 5. This decision has been taken in view of the elections to be held in Nepal on March 5. During this period, import and export of goods will also remain closed, although medicines and essential commodities will be exempted. Nepalese voters, serious patients and essential goods will be able to cross the border under the supervision of security forces.
