Indian Railways has announced to start operations of Panvel-Alipurduar Amrit Bharat Express 11031 from 23 February. This train will connect Navgachia in Bihar with Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. Alipurduar-Panvel 11032 will run from 26th February. It will provide convenient and fast travel to the passengers, with 11 general and 8 sleeper coaches. Local people have expressed happiness over this new connectivity.

Himachal Pradesh Education Department is making a major reshuffle to fill the vacant posts of 11,716 teachers. These posts will be filled through rationalization and direct recruitment. The rationalization process will begin after the transfer ban is lifted on March 31. A sub-cadre is also being created for 144 CBSE schools. Education Minister Rohit Thakur has instructed the officials to speed up the process.
