Victim Ajay Gupta told that bank employee Akash and manager Ajay Paswan got him to sign 15 blank vouchers for a loan of Rs 40 lakh and later withdrew Rs 23.68 lakh from his account. On the orders of SSP, a report has been filed in the cyber police station and investigation has been started.
