'Police Cannot Be Ordered To Follow Section 41A Of CrPC', What Did SC Say To The High Court After Canceling The FIR?

The Supreme Court has given a big decision on the cancellation of the FIR. The top court said that while dismissing the FIR, the High Court cannot order the police to follow Section 41A of CrPC and 35 of the Indian Civil Defense Code. This decision came during the hearing of a case in the Telangana High Court. The court clarified that interim relief will not be valid if the FIR is cancelled.

The renovation work of the multipurpose hall and sports ground built under the Khelo India Scheme in Migholi, Kannauj has been expedited. The Youth Welfare Department is painting, ground leveling and making a 200 meter earthen track in this complex built at a cost of Rs 5.39 crore. District level sports competitions will be organized here on Uttar Pradesh Foundation Day on 24th January. After the inauguration by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on January 12, the shortcomings are being rectified.
