Madras High Court has ordered MS Dhoni to deposit Rs 10 lakh in the defamation case related to the 2013 spot-fixing scandal. This amount is for the expenses of translation and typing of the Hindi CD presented as evidence. Dhoni had filed a defamation case against IPS Sampath Kumar, who had accused him of being involved in fixing. Dhoni will have to deposit this amount before March 12.
