The memorandum demanded a CBI investigation into the murder of Ankita Bhandari and Sukhwant, suspension of SSP Manikant Mishra and registration of a case against the husband of cabinet minister Rekha Arya. Rautela also accused the police of illegal detention.

Wagon-R Car Drowned In Pond In Sonbhadra, Pulled Out After Hours Of Effort
