Home Minister Amit Shah launched UP Day in Lucknow, where he described Uttar Pradesh as the soul of India and the engine of development. In Crossing Republic of Ghaziabad, a person was making obscene live videos of girls and posting them on the website for four months. Accused Hariom Pandey used to pay the girls a monthly salary of Rs 25-30 thousand or Rs 3 per minute. Police raided and arrested five girls and the accused. Sub Inspector Rohit Singh was attacked while trying to resolve the dispute between two parties at Navshildham police post in Kalyanpur. Police is searching for the second day in the case of murder of watchman Randhir Singh in Mahavan, Mathura and throwing his body in Yamuna, but the body has not been found. Accused Sonu, due to illicit relationship with his mother, gave Randhir liquor, strangulated him, put him in a sack and threw him in the river. Police have taken Sonu into custody and the search for the body is going on with the help of divers.

A fire broke out in a camp located on Tulsi Shivala Marg in Prayagraj Magh Mela on Saturday evening. The fire started due to sparks from the fireplace, due to which two tents of the camp of Kishori Math Chitrakoot were burnt to ashes. Archana, a class 12 student, died tragically due to electrocution from an electric pole in Karinga village of Baberu. While cleaning in the morning, she touched the supporter of a pillar, due to which she suffered severe burns. Relatives took him to the hospital, where he was declared dead. The family has accused the electricity department of negligence, saying that despite the complaint, no action was taken. The department has assured investigation.
