A case of hooliganism by policemen has come to light in Sikandra police station of Agra, where a case has been registered in the State Human Rights Commission for beating a bike rider and taking action for disturbing peace. Victim Yogesh Sharma has accused Inspector Neeraj Solanki of assault. Even before this, a case of misbehavior with a family by Inspector Rahul Kumar of the same police station had come to light.
