Car Breaks Railing On Jalandhar-Phillaur Highway, Family Narrowly Escapes

The car of a family returning from Jalandhar to Phillaur collided with the divider, causing the railing to go through the car. This accident happened near the Army Camp when the driver could not see anything due to the bright lights of the vehicle coming from the front. Women and children were also traveling in the car, but fortunately everyone escaped unhurt. Road safety forces reached the spot and removed the damaged car.

Smog Wreaks Havoc In Barnala, Laborer Riding Bike Dies After Being Hit By Speeding Bus

A 14 Year Old Boy Died During A Football Match In Fazilka, He Fell On The Ground As Soon As He Was Kicked; Possibility Of Heart Attack

14-year-old Jasmeet Singh died of a heart attack during a football tournament in Dharangwala village of Abohar. As soon as Jasmeet, a resident of Alamwala, Malout, kicked the football, he collapsed and was declared dead when taken to the hospital. Doctors have prima facie said it was a heart attack, which will be confirmed by the post mortem report. The match was stopped after the incident. Experts have blamed chemical-rich food as the cause of heart attacks at an early age.
