The new year has started with severe cold in Meerut, where there was no sunshine for the second consecutive day. This December was the coldest in the last four years. According to meteorologists, a period of severe cold will begin due to cold wave from January 4. Bull Terror In Farrukhabad, Chased Away Fire From Rooftops, 5 Villagers Including Woman Injured In Attack

Five villagers were injured after being attacked by a bull in Farrukhabad's Kamaluddinpur village, including a woman who was seriously injured and was referred to Lohia Hospital. The villagers climbed on the roofs, tied burning clothes to sticks and showed fire to drive away the bull. This bull had come from another village, due to which panic spread in the area.

Voter List Will Be Amended For Panchayat Elections In Barabanki, 31,976 Thousand Objections Received

More than 31,976 objections have been registered for amendment in the voter list of Panchayat elections in Barabanki. These include applications for addition of 19,525 names, 1865 amendments and 10,586 applications for deletion of names. The administration will dispose of them by January 6, after which the final list will be published on February 6. After revision, the total number of voters in the district has become 23 lakh 59 thousand 277.

Dead Body Of RAF Soldier Of Andhra Pradesh Found Cut In Two, Identified With Great Difficulty From The Broken Mobile; Was Posted In Delhi

The body of RAF soldier Bora Satyanarayana, posted in Delhi, was found in two pieces on the railway track near Mathura Junction. The SIM was identified by removing it from the broken mobile.
