35 Thousand Consumers Got Benefit, Rs 32 Crore Deposited, First Phase Of OTS Scheme Successful In Mainpuri

Mainpuri performed strongly in the first phase of Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited DVVNL's one-time settlement scheme OTS. In this phase which ran from December 1 to January 3, 35 thousand consumers registered and deposited Rs 32 crore. With this achievement Mainpuri stood second among the 28 circles of DVVNL. Hannukheda sub-centre stood first in the district. Now the operation of the second phase will continue till January 31.

Case Registered Against Teacher Working On The Basis Of Fake Disabled Certificate In Sitapur, Salary Will Be Recovered

A case has been registered against Abhay Kumar Singh, an assistant teacher in Sidhauli Sitapur, for doing job on the basis of fake disability certificate. This action was taken on the complaint of the Block Education Officer. During investigation, his certificate was found to be fake and his service was terminated in October. Now about five years' salary will also be collected from them. The police is investigating the matter

The government will declare two properties of six Pakistani citizens in Varanasi as enemy property and take them over. These properties are located in Govindpura of Chowk police station area. Enemy Property Tribunal Office, Lucknow of the Home Ministry has issued a letter in this regard. The administration has invited objections, after which the final decision will be taken. Road Accident In Shahjahanpur: Two Roadways Buses Collided Head-on, 6 People Including Mother And Son Injured

Two roadways buses collided head-on on Tuesday near Thingri village on Farrukhabad-Jalalabad road in Shahjahanpur. A total of six passengers, including a mother and son, traveling in a bus were injured in this accident. The injured were immediately taken to the Community Health Center Jalalabad, from where the two seriously injured were referred to the Medical College. After the collision, there was a jam on the road, which was later smoothed out.
