After Allopathic, Now Adulteration In Ayurvedic Medicines Too, 5 Medicines Including Sphatik And Tankan Bhasma Failed In Testing.

After allopathic medicines in Pilibhit, questions have now been raised on the quality of Ayurvedic medicines. Five medicines purchased from the Gem portal for the Government Ayurvedic Hospital, including Sphatik Bhasma and Tankan Bhasma, were found to be sub-standard in drug tests. The investigation team found that the colour, smell and chemical formula of these medicines were not as per the standards. The medicines were returned to the concerned firm and a strict warning was given that if any deficiency in quality was found, the tender would be cancelled.

In this fire which broke out around 3 pm, the products of seven companies including drinking water bottles and cold drinks were burnt to ashes.
