82% Posts Vacant In BAU, Bihar Agricultural University Running With The Help Of Guest Faculty And Outsourcing.

There are 82 sanctioned posts vacant in Bihar Agricultural University BAU, Sabour, due to which the academic and research activities are being affected. The university is running with only 18 permanent staff, guest faculty and deputation teachers. The situation of non-teaching staff is also serious. The three new colleges established in the last five years also have no permanent faculty, hampering the progress of the university.

Investigation Of 15 Private Institutions On Increased Applications In Student Credit Card Scheme, 6 Districts Including Patna Included

The Education Department has ordered an inquiry into 15 private educational institutions in six districts including Patna due to increase in the number of applications in Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme. Physical and on-site verification of the number of students in these institutions will be done. District education officers have been asked to submit the report within 15 days, so that the authenticity of the applications can be ensured.

ABVP workers created ruckus during the Senate meeting in Purnia University. Due to the rising prices of gold, gangs have become active in Bhagalpur, cutting gold lockets and discs from the necks of children. Deputy Development Commissioner has taken strict action against negligence in PM Awas Yojana-Rural and e-KYC verification in Bhagalpur.
