451 Acre Land Of Bela Industrial Area In Muzaffarpur Is Now In The Stop List, Illegal Sale Will Be Curbed

451 acres of government land acquired for Bela Industrial Area of Muzaffarpur will now be put in the hold list. This step is being taken to stop illegal sales, rejection of filings and hoarding. Mushahari CO has collected the details from Biada and sent it to the District Under Registrar. Of this land acquired between 1975-86, 72 acres is not in the possession of BIADA, for which the process will also start.

Bihar Inter Exam 2026: Examination Arrangements Are Ready For 22 Thousand Candidates At 33 Centers In Banka, This Will Be The Special Arrangement Here.

Preparations for the Intermediate Examination 2026 to begin from February 2 in Banka district are in the final stages. 22 thousand candidates will appear at 33 centres. There Will Be No Child Labor In The State In Five Years, Deputy CM Samrat Said, 'Children Will Be Sent To School'

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that child labor is a serious problem for the society, which will be eliminated in five years and Bihar will be made child labor free. He emphasized on connecting children with education and sending them to school. Efforts to eradicate child labor and rehabilitation of children were discussed in the workshop of Bihar State Child Labor Commission. Officials said that 1213 children were freed in 2024-25, and the target is to send every child to school.

The Urban Development and Housing Department has sanctioned Rs 15 crore for the Kurji drain-road project in Patna. This amount will speed up the construction work. This scheme with a total cost of Rs 180.99 crore is targeted to be completed by 22 July 2027.

Holding Tax Evasion In Bhagalpur Is Guarded By Technology, Each House Will Be Checked With Google Map

Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation will now use technology in collecting holding tax. With the help of Smart City, all the holdings will be linked to GIS. Through an app, accurate information about the area and floors of buildings will be available, which will effectively stop tax evasion. Defaulters will be identified from the Control and Command Center and data of 81 thousand holding holders is being uploaded.

SVU Caught Two Government Servants Taking Bribe, Asked For Money In Lieu Of PM Agricultural Irrigation Scheme Dues

Special surveillance unit SVU arrested assistant director Ravi Shankar Ram and engineering expert Anjani Kumar while taking bribe of Rs 20,000 for payment of dues of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana in Bhabua. Complainants Umesh Kumar and Arvind Kumar said a demand for Rs 30,000 was made, of which Rs 10,000 had already been taken. A case has been registered against both of them under the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Nitish Cabinet's Decision: Pre-matric Scholarship Rate Doubled For SC-ST, 31 Proposals Approved

Nitish cabinet approved 31 proposals, the main one of which is doubling the pre-matric scholarship for Scheduled Castes and Tribes. Now students from classes 1 to 10 will get ₹1200 to ₹3600 annually, while hostelers will get ₹6000. This amendment has been made in view of inflation, which will benefit approximately 27 lakh students. Backward class hostel grant has also been increased from ₹1000 to ₹2000.

High Speed Took The Lives Of Two, An Accident Occurred When The Bike Collided With A Tree In Riga, Sitamarhi.
