Degree Colleges Will Open In Four Blocks Of Muzaffarpur, 23 Schools Will Operate In The New Session.

Degree colleges will start from the new session in four blocks of Muzaffarpur, Aurai, Bochahan, Muraul and Gaighat. The education department has started the process. Till the construction of their buildings, these colleges will operate in 23 schools of the respective blocks. Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited BSEIDC has provided the list of schools. There is a proposal to start classes from July 1, which will benefit the blocks without colleges.

Gates Foundation Extends Support For Development Of Bihar, Health System Will Be Strengthened

The Government of Bihar and the Gates Foundation have renewed their partnership for technical cooperation in health, nutrition, agriculture and rural development for the next five years. This agreement will be effective from April 2026, which aims to institutionally strengthen the health system of Bihar. In this, special attention will be given to maternal and child health, vaccination, nutrition improvement and digital health management, which will accelerate the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

Land Disputes Reduced In Bihar Due To Public Dialogue And Digital Initiatives, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha Gave Information In The Assembly.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha told in Bihar Assembly that the Revenue and Land Reforms Department has launched a mega campaign to resolve land disputes. Due to public dialogue, digital system and strictness, the pending cases have reduced. 40 lakh applications have been processed so far, and the target is to dispose of 46 lakh applications by 31 March 2031. 'Bhoomi Sudhar Jankalyan Samvad' will now be organized district wise, so that land related problems can be resolved quickly.

Bihar Inter Exam 2026: 12th Exam Completed, 71 Candidates Expelled, 14 Cheaters Caught

Bihar School Examination Board's Inter Annual Examination 2026 has been completed. More than 13.17 lakh candidates appeared in the examination which was held from 2 to 13 February. During this period, 71 candidates were expelled on charges of misconduct, while 14 fake candidates were caught. Maximum 27 evictions took place in Nawada. This time there has been a decrease in cases of malpractice as compared to previous years. The evaluation work will start from 27th February.
