In Amritsar, Harjeet Singh, a fifth pass man, has been arrested for posing as the Health Minister and threatening Civil Hospital SMO Dr Rajneesh. He attempted to give illegal instructions regarding alleged mismanagement and dismissal of an employee. On the complaint of the SMO, the police took action after confirmation from the real Health Minister. Harjeet Singh already has six cases of fraud registered against him.
