High Court Canceled The Order To Stop The Family Pension Of Unmarried Daughter, Gave These Instructions To BSA Farrukhabad

The Allahabad High Court has canceled the order of the District Basic Education Officer, Farrukhabad, rejecting the claim of family pension of an unmarried daughter above 25 years of age. The court directed the BSA to reconsider and pass a new order within two months in the light of the new government orders and the 'Kumari Hasin B' case. BSA had cited the old government order of 1989.

Accused Woman Rescued From Police Custody In Saharanpur, Force Went To Arrest The Accused

The police had gone to Ghatampur village of Saharanpur to arrest a wanted woman smuggler Afsana. The villagers surrounded the police and pushed and freed the woman from custody. After SIR, 150 Polling Booths Increased In 10 Assembly Constituencies Of Kanpur, Maximum 47 In Bilhaur.

After a special intensive verification campaign, 150 new polling booths and 10 new polling centers have been approved in Kanpur. With this, the total number of booths in the district has increased to 3770 and centers to 1423. Maximum 47 new booths have been created in Bilhaur Assembly, while 27 booths have increased in Ghatampur. This expansion has been done with the aim of increasing voter convenience, reducing crowding and increasing voting percentage.

From Meerut South To Siwalkhas... SIR Notices Will Be Issued From January 6, 269 Officers Deployed

Under the special revision program of voter lists in Meerut, notices will be issued to 2.84 lakh voters who did not submit details of the 2003 list. The Election Commission of India has deployed 269 Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) to hear them. These officers will hear 26,900 notices every day.
