GIDA Will Bring Development To The Villages Of Gorakhpur, Roads And Drains Will Be Built In The Acquired Villages; It Will Cost Rs 3.08 Crore

Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority will start development work in GIDA acquired villages. This includes works like roads, drains and pond beautification, which will cost more than Rs 3.08 crore. This project will be implemented from CSR funds under the terms of land acquisition. GIDA's ACEO Ram Prakash said that the construction work will be started soon after selecting the executing agency, which will provide better basic facilities to the villagers.

The Priest Of The Temple Turned Out To Be The Thief, Stole The Silver Necklace From The Idol Of Hanumanji; Arrested

Priest Gaurav Bhardwaj stole 900 grams of silver necklace from the statue of Hanuman ji in Mathura Nagar temple of Firozabad. He himself had lodged an FIR against the unknown thief. When the police examined the CCTV footage, the suspicious role of the priest came to light. The police arrested him, where during interrogation he confessed to the theft and the necklace was recovered. Financial crisis due to his wife's illness is being said to be the reason for the theft.
