These plants can be planted on the ridges and barren lands of the fields, which include Sal, Shisham, Mahua, Mango, Jamun and Guava. This will be helpful in increasing the income of farmers.

Expenditure Limit Fixed In Jharkhand Municipal Elections, Candidates Will Have To Give Complete Details

The State Election Commission has fixed the maximum limit on election expenditure of candidates for municipal elections. In Sahibganj Municipal Council, presidential candidates will be able to spend up to Rs 6 lakh and ward councilors will be able to spend up to Rs 1.5 lakh. In Barhadwa and Rajmahal Nagar Panchayat, the president will be able to spend up to Rs 5 lakh and the ward councilor will be able to spend up to Rs 1 lakh. Candidates will have to give details of expenditure from nomination till result, otherwise they may be disqualified.

A fine was also imposed on both of them, which will be paid to the victim. The court also ordered to pay compensation to the victim. This case was registered in 2024.

Dhanbad Municipal Corporation Elections: Deployment Of More Than 850 Vehicles, E-vehicles Included Along With Two-wheelers And Three-wheelers.

On the last day of Jharkhand municipal elections, 2,588 candidates filed nominations in 48 municipal corporations. Of these, 275 were for mayor-president and 2,313 for ward councillor. A total of 6,979 nominations were received, of which 3,462 are women. Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on Thursday, and election symbols will be allotted on February 7.
