There is huge anger in the Muslim community over the statement of Jharkhand Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari that if he is a Maulana then throw him out of the house, if he is a tribal then give him tea. The effigy of the minister was burnt at Lakhnoodih turn of Jamtara. The protesters accused the minister of insulting voters and demanded his resignation. He said all votes are equal and the minister has hurt the sentiments of the community.

This FIR is against RIMS management, various government departments of Ranchi, builders and land mafia. Elephant Rescue Center Will Open In Chaibasa, Kolhan Will Get The Gift Of Permanent Security

After the death of 9 people in a week due to elephant attacks in West Singhbhum, the Forest Department has sought help from Reliance's Vantara. Following the incident in which three members of a family were crushed to death in Goilkera, there are plans to open a rescue center for elephants in Chaibasa. PCCF Sanjeev Kumar has directed officers to camp at the spot and meet the victims. Vantara's team will rescue the aggressive elephants and send them to Odisha.

Additional Chief Secretary Of Jharkhand Health Department Gave A Big Warning To Civil Surgeons, Cut Off Date Fixed For Spending The Amount.

Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department, Ajay Kumar Singh has directed civil surgeons to spend at least 50% of the allotted amount within 7 days. Failure to do so has warned of disciplinary action. He expressed displeasure over the negligence in expenditure under the Chief Minister Hospital Operation Scheme and the 15th Finance Commission. Civil surgeons of five lagging districts have been ordered to issue show-cause notices, along with instructions to expedite TB testing and reinstatement on vacant posts.

Police have arrested three accused Rishi Dalai, Lovepreet Singh and Jasbir Singh while revealing the Sohail murder case in Telco. The investigation intensified after the body was found in the Kharkai Road forest. Technical evidence revealed that there was a drunken altercation over the missing mobile phone, which turned into a fight. The accused killed Sohail by attacking with knife, chopper and axe. Jharkhand Accident: 12 Lives Are Being Lost Every Day On The Roads, 4111 People Died In Accidents In 11 Months.

Road accidents and deaths due to them are increasing alarmingly in Jharkhand. In 2025, from January to November, 4111 people died in 5193 accidents, i.e. an average of 12 deaths per day. This figure is more than 2024. Districts like Ranchi and Khunti also saw an increase. Drinking and driving and speeding are the main reasons. Police will now increase strictness and run awareness campaigns.

Elephant Terror In West Singhbhum: 3 People Of The Same Family Crushed, 9 Killed So Far

A wild elephant crushed three members of a family to death in Sovan village of Goilkera. The deceased include father, one year old son and three year old daughter. The mother and an infant girl somehow saved their lives. After this incident, the death toll due to elephant attacks in Saranda, Podahat and Kolhan forest divisions has increased to nine. The Forest Department is running a campaign to drive away the elephants from the forest.

CBSE Changes The Exam Dates Of 10th And 12th On March 3, Remaining Exams Remain The Same

Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE has changed the dates of some examinations of class 10th and 12th to be held on March 3. In Jharkhand, Injured People Lose Their Lives Due To Lack Of Doctors And Oxygen, Police Officers Brainstorm On Road Accidents.

It was revealed in the meeting of the Road Safety Cell at Jharkhand Police Headquarters that the number of road accidents, injuries and deaths has increased by more than 10 in 2025 compared to 2024. Fog Put Brakes On The Speed Of Trains, Purushottam Reached Tatanagar 7 Hours Late, Jammu Tawi 9 Hours Late

Due to dense fog in North India, train operations at Tatanagar railway station have been severely affected. Purushottam Express was delayed by seven hours, Kalinga Utkal Express by five hours and Jammu Tawi-Tata Express by nine hours.
