Strictness On Khasmahal Land, Government Will Cancel Settlement If Lease Conditions Are Violated

The government has become strict on violation of lease conditions of Khasmahal land. The Revenue and Land Reforms Department has sent a letter to the Collector of 12 districts seeking a proposal to cancel all such settlements where the land is being used commercially or otherwise unapproved. This action is being taken on the instructions of the Deputy Chief Minister, the report of which has been sought by February 15. Investigation has also started in Muzaffarpur.

In Bhagalpur, After February 20, Garbage Thrown On The Roadside Will Be Fined, Flying Drone Without Permission Also Banned

District Magistrate Dr. Naval Kishore Chaudhary has given new strict instructions in Bhagalpur. After 10 pm, action will be taken against noise, firecrackers and drones without permission in the procession. After February 20, business units will be fined for throwing garbage on the roadside. Holding tax, shop registration, cleanliness campaign and urban development schemes were reviewed in the meeting, in which many important decisions were taken.

Now Parents' Name, Course Title And Credit Also Appear On Graduation Results In BRABU

BRA Bihar University has made important changes in the graduation mark sheets. Now the marksheet will have detailed information including parents' name, course title, credits and grades. This new format has come into effect from the results of the second semester of session 2024-28. Similar changes will be made in PG mark sheets, which will enable students to get more academic information and it will be easier to upload data on NAD.

Chief Will Get Arms License Within Two Months, Samrat Chaudhary Announced In The Assembly

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has announced that the chief in Bihar will now get the arms license within two months. The Home Department will soon issue orders in this regard to the District Magistrates, in which the pending applications will also be disposed of in 60 days. Apart from this, Sugarcane Industry Minister Sanjay Kumar said that in the current crushing season, 84.86% payment has been made to the sugarcane farmers, the remaining dues will be paid soon.

Murder In Gayaji, Man Beaten To Death When He Was Prevented From Playing Mobile Game; 2 Arrested

A 56-year-old man, Arjun Manjhi, was beaten to death after he was stopped from playing a mobile game in Gayaji. It proved fatal for him to interrupt the youths who were making noise late at night in Mangala Gauri Mohalla of Vishnupad police station area. The youth beat them with sticks and pushed them into the drain. He was declared dead when taken to the hospital. Police have arrested two accused, Ankit Kumar and Badal Kumar, the search for others is on.

Application Date Extended For PDS Shops In Jehanabad, Now Apply Till 24th February

Harsh Firing In Bihar, Youth From Muzaffarpur Shot Dead In Sitamarhi

23-year-old Roshan Kumar of Muzaffarpur died after being shot in the harsh firing that took place during a wedding procession in Ramnagara village of Sitamarhi. The incident happened late on Sunday night, after which there is tension in the area. Police have detained two suspects and are interrogating them. A shell has been recovered from the spot. The police is investigating the matter seriously and has assured action against the culprits.

More than 450 hospitals in Patna are not disposing of medical waste scientifically, due to which the risk of anti-microbial resistance AMR is increasing. According to the Pollution Control Board, two and a half tonnes of garbage is generated every day, but many institutions are not following the rules. NCERT Books: New Syllabus From 9th To 11th, NCERT Told When New Books Will Come.

NCERT will release new curriculum-based books for class IX and XI students from the new session 2026-27, which will be available by the end of March. These books prepared under the new education policy focus on skill-based learning, Indian knowledge tradition and inter-disciplinary approach. Bridge courses will also be conducted to help students understand the new curriculum. The evaluation system will also be two-tier, with emphasis on understanding and application.
