Gross Negligence In Sadar Hospital: After Operation, Pregnant Woman Was Made To Climb 19 Stairs, Condition Deteriorated

After an operation at the Mother-Child Hospital in Muzaffarpur, a pregnant woman was forced to climb 19 stairs to get the discharge paper. This worsened his condition. The family members complained to the hospital superintendent, calling it inhuman behaviour. The Superintendent has assured to investigate the matter and take action against the culprits, saying that the pregnant woman should have been sent home straight from her bed.

Four Smugglers Including Husband And Wife Arrested In Vaishali, 440 Grams Of Heroin Recovered

Vaishali Police has arrested four drug smugglers, including a husband and wife, with 440 grams of heroin in Mahua. On a tip-off, heroin was recovered from a WagonR car during vehicle checking on NH 322. SDPO Sanjeev Kumar said that three mobile phones, Rs 200 cash and three railway tickets were also recovered from the arrested smugglers. Police are conducting further investigation and raids.

Big Expansion In BRABU: Applications From 96 Colleges For 2026-30 Session, Possibility Of Opening Of Colleges In The New Session.

There is going to be a major expansion in BRA Bihar University for the session 2026-30. A total of 96 colleges have applied for affiliation, including about two and a half dozen new colleges for the first time. The university will form an inspection team and check the infrastructure. After this, after approval from various committees, the proposal will be sent to the state government. 22 colleges have also applied for postgraduate PG studies, the scrutiny of which will be done this month.
